HOLISTIC VOICE THERAPY

Each 1:1 session guides you through breath, movement and voice techniques to help relax the nervous system, find deep relaxation and true well-being. During our 1.5 hr sessions I guide you to reflect and go deep within. During this journey, we release stuck physical and psychological emotions in the body. The intention of each session is for the body to deeply heal by restoring the mind and body connection and returning you and your nervous system to optimal homeostasis of well-being.

  • This is a package of 4 deep healing sessions of 1.5hrs each.

GROUP VOCAL REMEMBRANCE

In this group healing session of 5+ people I guide you through a meditation introducing to the power of the voice within us all and its ability to change your vibrational state. We then move on through a spiritual journey of song and prayer. We move deep within to remember who you are on a spiritual level and wake up that which sleeps within. By activating the deepest parts of our soul instead we become closure to the one we call Allah.

  • This is a package for groups of max 5 people.

VOCAL ACTIVATION

This 1:1 session is for those who want to re-discover and bring to life their inner and outer voice. During the session we move through the 5 elements (Earth, Wind, Fire, Air, Ether). We explore the power and strength of each element within to re-ignite the spirit and free your deeper song within.

Old story of the man who climbed a tall ladder that leaned against a high wall. He pulled himself up step by step and eventually reached the very top . When he finally stopped climbing and was able to see from above, he realized that the ladder was leaning against the wrong wall. He had learned to climb, but didn’t know what climbing for . He had reached the top only to find that something essential and life -defining had been left far behind.
